For our client, a well-established international organization operating in a complex distribution-focused environment, we are currently seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner.
Role Overview
The Finance Business Partner will work closely with international business leaders, providing financial insight, constructive challenge, and support to drive effective strategic and operational decision-making. The role combines strong analytical responsibilities with close collaboration across commercial and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior business stakeholders across international structures
- Provide financial insight and analysis supporting strategic and operational initiatives
- Deliver monthly performance reviews, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes in close cooperation with FP&A
- Prepare financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support commercial decisions
- Translate KPIs and management information into clear, actionable insights
- Identify financial and operational risks and actively support mitigation actions
- Ensure consistency between management reporting and statutory reporting in cooperation with accounting teams
- Lead and develop a Finance Analyst, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth
- Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance within a medium or large organization
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Proven experience in performance management, planning, and financial analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence to support and constructively challenge senior management
- Experience in a multi-market or matrix environment is an advantage
- Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken)
